Cookies Statement

Our website uses cookies. A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we put on your computer. These cookies allow us to distinguish you in anonymous form from other users of our website and helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website. The cookies we use are ‘analytical’ cookies, which allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around the site when they are using the site.
You may delete and block all cookies from the site, by activating the setting on your browser that allows you to refuse the setting of all or some cookies.

Payment and Newsletter Processes

We use PayPal and Eventbrite to provide us with services which are needed to run our business and help assist us with our work and who process your information for us on our behalf. All of these companies are located in the United States.

Your information will be shared with these service providers where necessary to provide you with the service you have requested, whether that is accessing our website, joining our mailing list or paying for conference/seminar tickets from us.

If you would like further information about the identities of our service providers, however, please contact us directly via our contact form or by email and we will provide you with such information where you have a legitimate reason for requesting it (where we have shared your information with such service providers, for example).

Electronic Newsletter

The details you submitted will be retained for the use of keeping you up to date with events that we have organised, for as long as you remain subscribed (i.e. you do not unsubscribe) or if we decide to cancel this service.

This is the one of the organisations we use to promote our conference and take booking payments online. If you wish to view Eventbrite’s privacy policy, you can find it here.

When you pay for goods and services via PayPal, information about your order and the processing of your order may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. PayPal may transfer information they process about your order outside the EEA. Where they do so, they will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. You can access PayPal’s privacy policy here.
